Madrona Park, Nanoose Bay

It was a lovely Victoria Day long weekend, and Trudie and I planned to look for the dolphins that were spotted on Madrona Drive in Nanoose Bay.

Madrona Park in Nanoose Bay is a secluded and tiny coastal outlook that is not obvious and easily missed unless you know it is there.

We discovered this is a popular spot for divers because there are underwater shelves in the layered rocky coastline.

Unfortunately we missed the dolphins, but we did discover this rugged coastal hideaway.
