Each step along the path in the old growth forest was an immersive experience. The Energy of the forest wraps itself around you and slows your heart rate, you breathe in peacefulness and serenity.

All your cares and worries fall away when you walk through a forest. The trees and ferns and animals have an invisible energy around them, and you only need to open your eyes and your heart to their song.
