Yesterday Trudie and I furthered our quest for the herring spawn.
Our drive took us out to Comox where we had heard that there were sea lion sightings on a couple of the beaches.
We found sea lions, gulls, ducks, and eagles – a whale watching boat – a BC Ferry – cats – and people – all poised and waiting for the big event.
But alas, the big event did not happen while we were there. The day faded and we had to leave.
